How do I create an account with Google or Gmail?
- Kindly make sure that you have a Google account
- Click on “Register” at the upper right side of the webpage
- Click on “Login with Google”. A pop up window will appear
- Click on the Google account that you’d like to register with
How do I login with Facebook?
- Kindly make sure that you have a Facebook account
- Click on “Register” at the upper right side of the webpage
- Click on “Login with Facebook”. A pop-up window will appear
- If you are not logged in beforehand, you’ll be asked to input your Facebook username and password in a separate pop up window
What do I do if I forget my username and/or password?
- Go to the homepage
- Click on “Login”
- Click on “Forgot Your Password?”
- Indicate the email address link to the account and type the CAPTCHA
How to add a new delivery address for logged-in users?
- Go to the cart then proceed to check out
- Click on "+ New Address"
- Type in the new address then click "Save"
Who is entitled to reward points?
- Only users who have registered an account with a2z2go are able to get and make use of reward points
- Users without an account with a2z2go are not able to get and make use of reward points
- Users who do not log in when making purchases on a2z2go will not be able to get and use any reward points, even if they already have a registered account with a2z2go
Where can I find my reward points?
- At the left side of the buyer's page, go to "My Rewards"
How do I use my reward points?
- When you are going to checkout your order, you have to scroll down
- At the bottom you will see apply point for the discount click it
- Enter the number of points in the box to discount it to your payment
- Click on "Apply Point" and proceed to pay

How do I edit the quantity of a product that's already in my cart?
- Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right side of the webpage
- Click on “View and Edit Cart”
- Input your new quantity on the box with up and down arrows under the column “Qty”
- Click on “Update Shopping Cart”
How do I remove a product that's already added to the cart?
- Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right side of the webpage
- Click on “View and Edit Cart”
- Click on the trash bin icon under the product that you want to remove
- Click on “Update Shopping Cart”
How do I specify the delivery time of my order?
- Click on the shopping cart icon on the upper right side of the webpage
- Click on “Go to Checkout”
- Under “Shipping”, review the preselected shipping address, if any.
- If there is no preselected address, kindly type in the address details. Select the options shown to you in the drop-down list.
- Longitude and latitude will be automatically filled in by the system
- You will also be asked to choose the delivery date and time for this order.
- Kindly take note to choose a delivery date that is past the estimated delivery shown to you by the system
- If you do not specify a delivery date, a2z2go will deliver it a few days after the estimated delivery date shown on the system
How to input your shipping address?
- Click on "Go to Checkout"
- For first-time users, input name, contact number, shipping address, and delivery schedule
- No need to input shipping details in your second order if you already saved your contact information before
How can I change the indicated delivery address if checkout is still in process?
- Click on the shopping cart icon on the upper right side of the webpage
- Click on “Go to Checkout”
- Click on “+ New Address” to type in the new delivery to address
- Select the address you just added before proceeding to pay
What payment channels are supported by A2Z2GO?
- Wallet: GCash, Coins.ph
- Over the Counter (Payment): SM Bills Pay, Cebuana Lhuillier, 7-Eleven, ECPay, Cliqq, M Lhuillier, Direct Agent 5, TrueMoney, Posible, eTap, Express Pay
- Over the Counter (Bank): BDO, Philippine National Bank, UCPB
- Online Banking: BPI, Unionbank
- Online Bills Payment (Mobile App): BDO, Philippine National Bank, Security Bank, UCPB
- BancNet
How to checkout using Gcash?
- On your cart, click on “Go to Checkout”
- Click on “Pay” after finalizing your checkout details
- Click on “Accept Terms and Conditions”
- Click on “Gcash”
- Input your 11-digit Gcash mobile number and follow the further instructions to be given by GCash
How to checkout using an online bank transfer?
- On your cart, click on “Go to Checkout”
- Click on “Pay” after finalizing your checkout details
- Click on “Accept Terms and Conditions”
- Click on the online bank transfer payment method you’ll be paying with
- Click “Continue” and fill up the details needed
Can I change the indicated delivery address once checkout has been made?
- Changing the delivery address is not allowed once checkout has been made and/or payment has been finalized.
- Before making a checkout, please make sure your delivery address is correct.
- Should you have any concerns, kindly contact our customer support team.
Where can I view the comments left by the vendor on my order?
- At the left side of the buyer’s page, go to “My Orders”
- Click on “View Order” of the product that has a comment by the vendor then scroll down
- Scroll to the bottom part of the page, under “About Your Order”, to see if the vendor has left a comment for the specified order

How to leave a product review?
- Click on the specified product
- Under "Reviews", input your name, summary, and review details
- Click on “Submit Review”
- Reviews will only be displayed once reviewed and approved by a2z2go’s internal team
How to rate a product?
- Click on the specified product
- Under "Reviews", click on the number of stars you wish to give the product
- 5 stars is the highest rating that you can give and 1 is the lowest
How to add an item to your wishlist?
- Click on the heart icon at the upper right side when you hover over the product
- Alternatively, you can click on “Add to Wishlist” in the product details page
How to use the advanced search options?
- Click on the “Advanced Search" button at the top part of the website
- Fill out the information needed to search for the product
How to view a specific vendor's page?
- Click on the “Sell on a2z2go" at the top part of the website
- Type the name of the vendor under the “Search Vendors” column on the left side or scroll down you will see a list of vendor’s page there to choose from
How do I contact a2z2go support if I have any questions?
- Click the red circle at the lower right corner of the page
- Fill out the information needed
- Then write your concerns in the message box. Then, submit
- Or you can contact customer service no. or email by clicking customer service at the lower part of the page
How do I compare products?
- Click on "Compare" at the top header of the page
- Put products on it by clicking on the two arrow icon
