Welcome to a2z2go.com, an online platform for buyers and vendors (both referred to as “Users” herein) for both purchasing and selling their goods. Before proceeding with the use of a2z2go’s services, users are required to read and acknowledge the Terms of Service and Data Privacy Policy.

Shipping Options

Users will have the option to checkout as a guest or with their registered account. All orders will be delivered by the in-house delivery team of trucks and motorcycles. Below are the estimated delivery lead times for users. Lead time count starts upon pick up of the order/s from the vendor by a2z2go’s in house delivery team.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost of each order will be automatically calculated by the system, taking into account the delivery address and the dimensions and weight of the item/s ordered. Users will be able to see the shipping cost on the right side of the checkout page, together with the order details and summary, prior to being redirected to the payment page.

Track Your Order

Only users who have a registered account with a2z2go.com are able to track the status of their shipments. They can do so by logging into their account, clicking on “My Orders”, and clicking on the specific order to view its exact status. Registered users will also receive email updates from time to time with their order shipment status.

For users who have placed an order without creating an account or without logging into their account upon checkout, users will be able to receive shipment updates from the email address that they have provided upon checkout. Alternatively, users can send an email requesting for the order shipment update to customer.service@a2z2go.com or they may chat with the customer support team (chat icon is found on the bottom right side of a2z2go.com).
