How to create an account?

Creating an account is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Just follow this step by step procedure and you're ready to go.
STEP 1. On the upper right corner of the homepage click on "Register"

STEP 2. Choose whether to "Register" as a buyer or "Register a Vendor"
For buyer
Fill in the required details, click on "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms And Conditions" and then click "Register"

For vendor
Click "REGISTER A VENDOR", then "Create Vendor Account"

Fill in the required details, click on "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms And Conditions" you can also click "Sign up for Newsletter" if you want to be updated on all our happenings, then click "Submit"

On the email address provided upon signing in to a2z2go, you will receive an email with the subject "Please confirm your a2z2go account".
Click on "Confirm Your Account"

Once you've already confirmed your account, Log-in to a2z2go using the credentials you provided earlier.
Then you are all set for your wonderful shopping experience.

How to search for a specific product?

Click on Advanced Search Button, then fill in the necessary details.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, you can click “TRACK MY ORDER” found above your screen.

You will be requested to fill out necessary information such as to confirm your email and password and to put your order number for reference. And then click > to submit

What are the available/supported payment methods?

Listed below are the supported payment methods that are available upon checkout.
a. Cash on Delivery
Pay cash for your orders upon delivery.

b. Credit/Debit Card
Pay using all locally issued Mastercard or VISA credit/debit cards.

How can I request for return/refund?

Make sure to read a2z2go return policy. To read more, click here
To request for a return/refund, you need to fill up returns request form
Note: this will take 1-2 working days to evaluate your requests.
You will receive an email from us if your requests meet a2z2go return/refund policy or not.
For successful return/refund request you will be given instruction to proceed to drop off point or will be requested to send back product through the courier, whichever is applicable.

How to buy?

To start shopping on a2z2go.com, you need to make sure that you have a registered account. No account yet? Click here

Browse through our website or use the search bar to find your favorite products.

On the product details page, tap “Add to Cart” to place desired item on your shopping cart.

Click on your shopping cart, you can either tap:
a. “Continue on Check out” to place an order directly or
b. “View and Edit Cart” to remove or edit the selected item on your cart

On the Checkout page, make sure to fill in the required details:
a. Your name, contact number and preferred delivery address
b. Select your preferred delivery time
c. Choose your desired payment method

Click on “Place Order” and you’re all done.
